The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in terms of Clause 22 of the Distributorship/Direct Dealer Application and Agreement form dated 12.04.20182 to adjudicate the disputes inter se parties.
