Prayer in this petition has been made for issuance of directions to the learned trial Magistrate to conclude the trial of the complaint bearing No.NACT-9146-2018 titled as 'M/s Khanna Brothers Vs. M/s Gopal Sons Steels Pvt. Ltd. & others' within a time bound manner. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this petition is pending for a period of more than 07 years in consonance to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The conclusion of trial is being delayed due to one reason and the other. Hence, a prayer is made for allowing the petition. 3. This Court has gone through the material placed on record. 4.
