(ORAL) On 18.05.2026, the following order was passed:- “This is a petition instituted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction to the Court of Additional District Judge, Chandigarh (Executing Court) where the execution application No.1707 of 2017 (Annexure P-1) titled as M/s Intech Capital Ltd. Vs. M/s Samgul Graphics & Printer and others, is pending to decide the same in a time-bound manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the execution petition, which is pending since 2017, bank accounts were closed by the Judgment-debtors after attachment and a 1 Kanal property in Sector-8, Chandigarh has also been alienated on account of the delay tactics adopted by the judgment-debtors.
