After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Executing Court/Trial Court for recalling/modification of the order dated 10.02.2026 and for seeking appropriate interim relief in the pending execution proceedings, in accordance with law. It is further prayed that in the event such an application is filed, the same be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2. Prayer made is allowed. 3.
