By the present petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has called in question the legality, correctness, validity, and propriety of the impugned 1 wp1030-2025-J.doc Judgment and Order dated 25 July 2017 passed by the Industrial Court in Revision Application (ULP) No. 69 of 2017, whereby the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner came to be rejected and the Judgment and Order dated 29 May 2017 passed by the First Labour Court, Thane in Complaint (ULP) No. 281 of 2004 came to be confirmed. 2. The facts giving rise to the present petition, as pleaded and set out by the petitioner, may briefly be stated thus. The petitioner Company was having two separate manufacturing units at Thane.
