The present writ petition, under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 26.07.2024, passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, 2. Succinctly stated, the Petitioner is an officer of the Indian Army presently holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was commissioned in the Army on 08.12.2001. 3.
