The instant revision petition is directed against order dated 05.11.2022 passed by Executing Court dismissing the objections filed by the petitioners and Order Annexure P-22, whereby the execution application filed under Order XXI Rule 16 CPC, 1908 by the petitioners claiming themselves to be the transferee of judgment and decree dated 16.10.2013 passed in Civil Suit No.28 of 2005 titled as ‘Tribhuvan Singh through his LRs vs. Bidhi Chand and another’ has been dismissed. Further challenge has been raised to order dated 15.12.2022. 2. One Tribhuvan Singh filed Civil Suit No.28 of 2005 dated 14.02.2005 seeking possession of the suit property measuring 58 kanal 10 marlas of agricultural land from respondents No.1 and 2, namely Bidhi Chand and Amar
