The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant them statutory pay scale as per the Revised Pay Scale Rules, 2009 i.e. 5910-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- later on Grade Pay increased to 10300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.3200/- etc. as per designation/post of the candidate, vide letter dated 23.12.2011 (Annexure P-6) from entry into service along with arrears @ 12% thereon by extending them the benefit of judgment of this Court in CWP-15896-2023 titled as ‘Saurabh Sharma and others Vs.
