(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No. 4-Land Acquisition Collector, Panchkula, (hereinafter referred to as “LAC’) to re- determine and award the enhanced compensation as awarded by this Court vide order dated 15.10.2012 passed in RFA No. 2695 of 2002.
