The prayer in this petition under Section 483 of BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.10 dated 09.02.2025 under Sections 15, 25, 61-85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Maloud, District Ludhiana. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi was found driving a truck bearing registration No. PB 10FF 4385 which on checking contained 70 kgs. of poppy husk. The petitioner is the owner of the truck. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
