(Oral) Prayer Jurisdiction of this court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in accordance with the Government of Haryana instructions dated 27.05.1993 (P- 10) to the post of Waterman/Peon who has been working for around 40 years whereas many other persons who have been working with the petitioner have been regularised. Brief Facts The petitioner was initially engaged on 05.02.1986 on Adhoc/daily wage basis in the respondent department and was terminated w.e.f. 25.11.1988 and was reinstated back w.e.f. 06.12.1991/08.01.1992.
