The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh, seized of Execution Application No.81 of 2020 (Annexure P-4) arising out of Consumer Complaint No.394 of 2016 titled “Kishore Bhardwaj Vs. M/s Royale Empire & Ors.”, to decide and conclude the execution proceedings expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had filed Execution Application No.81 of 2020 (Annexure P-4). Notice in the said execution application has already been issued and the matter is presently adjourned to 28.05.2026 for filing reply to the objections.
