The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 19.02.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 3039-2025, whereby respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, reply/affidavit dated 14.05.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent along with speaking order dated 16.05.2025. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.
