Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.373 dated 22.06.2023 under Sections 120-B, 406, & 420 of IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act (Section 120-B IPC was deleted lateron), registered at Police Station Old Industrial, Panipat and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have already resolved their outstanding issues and the petitioner had already paid the amount as per the terms and conditions of the compromise, however, after having been entered into compromise, the complainant became dishonest and backed out from the compromise. He thus, submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the basis of compromise. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as
