Present petition has been filed praying for directing the official respondents to conclude the investigation of the case efficiently and to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons in accordance with law in case bearing FIR No.169, dated 30.11.2023, under Sections 279, 304-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the author of the FIR, which was lodged on 30.11.2023. He has submitted that the investigating agencies intentionally are not proceeding with the investigation. He has submitted that the report was sent by the Rajasthan police to Punjab police, but despite that there is no progress in the same.
