(ORAL) 1 The instant appeal was filed on 17.02.2026 through Mr. Abhinav Sood, Advocate. Registry raised certain objections. 2 In terms of Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules & Orders, the appeal which is found to be defective and on which the objections are raised by the Registry, is to be taken back by the counsel/party, to be re-filed within a period of 40 days. 3 In the present matter, the objections were raised on 17.02.2026. Thereafter, the same was never taken back by the counsel or the party for re-filing after removal of objections. Consequently, the matter has been listed for orders today. The matter was published in the cause list, yet none has appeared. 4 In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed. The file be consigned to the record rooms.
