Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.509 dated 02.09.2025, under Sections 305, 331(4), 318(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sector-29, Industrial, Panipat, District Panipat. 2. Vide order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 13.05.2026 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands all
