The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.20, dated 29.01.2026 registered under Sections 109, 132, 221 of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2.
