Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 15.09.2025, representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2025 (Annexure P- 10) has been decided by passing a speaking order dated 25.05.2026. A copy of the said speaking order has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments which is taken on record and marked as Mark “A” and a copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order to the extent the petitioner is aggrieved with the said order, in accordance with law. 3.
