P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0018 dated 04.02.2025 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC (Section 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act subsequently added) (316(2), 318(4) & 61 of B.N.S 2023) at Police Station Mansa Devi Complex, District Panchkula along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
