The Tribunal has recorded finding w.r.t. the date of birth of deceased Hans Raj to be 10.12.1974. He lost his life in an accident dated 25.03.2015. Thus, the deceased was yet to complete 41 years on 09.12.2015. He having died prior to attaining the age of 41 years, the Tribunal erred in granting multiplier of 14 which ought to have been 15. 4. With the aforesaid modification in the impugned award passed by the Tribunal, the appeal is disposed off. 5. Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed off.
