The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the final result of Sports category for the post of Inspector Audit dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P-11), as advertised vide advertisement No.01/2025 published on 27.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the limited extent whereby the petitioner herein has been declared ineligible in Sports category without citing any reason or granting any opportunity of hearing to show cause as to why and on what basis, the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected for appointment to the above said post in Sports category, as the said action is in violation of the principles of natural justice and further a perusal of relevant statutory rules as well as sports policy clearly shows that the petitioner's achievement in sports/sports gradation certificate dated
