The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to grant compensation on account of death of their family member due to electrocution while undergoing apprenticeship. 2. The petitioners are family members of the deceased-Manish who passed away on 30.09.2025 due to electrocution while working near high-voltage electrical infrastructure. The deceased was working as an apprentice with Bhakra Beas Management Board (for short ‘BBMB’).
