By way of present revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the learned Executing Court to decide the Execution Application No.712 of 2025 titled as ‘Janak Raj and another vs. State of Haryana and anr.” in an expeditious and time bound period. [2]. Briefly stating, in view of Award dated 12.11.2011 passed by the learned Land Acquisition Collector and further enhanced by the learned Reference Court vide award dated 13.03.2018 in LAC Case No.26 of 2026, the petitioners filed Execution Petition No.712 of 2025 on 10.11.2025 before the learned Additional District Judge, Gurugram and since then the same is pending consideration, however, till date, the enhanced amount of compensation has not been disbursed to the peti
