(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the complaint registered vide No.COMI/28/2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 351(2) (3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending before learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi.
