Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 503 CWP-2789-2004 (O&M) Jag Ram and others V/S State of Haryana and another Present: Sh. Jag Ram and Sh. Amar Nath Petitioners No.1 and 12 are present in person. Mr. Jasvir Singh, A.A.G. Haryana with Mr. Shiv Karan, Assistant o/o Xen/TRW UHBVN Dhulkot, Ambala. Mr. Vansh Chaudhary, Advocate for Mr. Sehaj Sandhawalia, Advocate for respondents No.2 to 5. **** Petitioners No.1 and 12, who are present in person, submits that in this writ petition, grievances of all the petitioners have been redressed and they do not want to pursue this writ petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. They have also made a separate statement to the said effect. Mr. Shiv Karan, Assistant o/o Xen/TRW UHBVN Dhulkot, Ambala, who is present in person, also endorses the aforesaid statement.
