Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0017 dated 21.01.2018, under Section 420 of IPC and Section 66(D) of IT Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh, District Chandigarh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the proclamation has been issued. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file bail application before the learned trial Court. 3. Allowed as prayed for. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
