Present : None. ***** It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 24.04.2026 passed in FAO-1958-2009, the nomenclature of the case has inadvertently been mentioned as “RSA-1958-2009” instead of “FAO- 1958-2009”. In view of the above, the present IOIN is disposed of with a direction that the nomenclature of the case in order dated 24.04.2026 shall be read as “FAO-1958-2009” instead of “RSA-1958-2009”.
