This petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, inter alia, for quashing Memo No.6388 dated 09.10.2020, Annexure P-12, whereby petitioner’s bid in respect of a clinic site, was rejected and for directing respondents to issue an allotment letter in his favour. A further prayer has been made for grant of interest on amount deposited by petitioner. 2. Facts, in brief, deserve to be noticed. Respondents issued an e-auction notice, Annexure P-1, for auction of commercial sites in Gurugram. Petitioner participated in the auction and was declared as the highest bidder for a clinic site in Sector 38, Gurugram. His bid of Rs.2,09,00,000/- was accepted against the reserve price of Rs.1,68,00,000/-. Petitioner deposited the requisite amount as per the auction
