(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) and get the matter inquired from higher officials. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. Notice of motion. Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
