Prayer in this petition filed by petitioner-wife is for transfer of the petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as ‘HMA’) passing of decree of restitution of conjugal rights titled as “Rajinder Kumar Vs. Heena Aggarwal” bearing case No.HMA/2156/2025 (Annexure P-1) pending before the ld. Principal Judge, Family Court Ludhiana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks transfer of the above- mentioned petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, from Ludhiana to SAS Nagar Mohali on account of the following reasons:- i) Marriage of the petitioner with the respondent was solemnized on 23.11.2015; ii) Two children were born out of the said wedlock on 12.12.2016 TR
