(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the letter dated 03.03.2026, Annexure P-1, issued by City Magistrate-cum-Nodal Officer, Census-2027, Gurugram, whereby the petitioner/President, Haryana Progressive Schools Conference, has been asked to provide list of staff/teaching faculty for their appointment as Enumerators and Supervisors for Census 2027 for its first phase, i.e., 01.05.2026 to 30.05.2026. It is not disputed that details of the staff were provided to the Officer and they participated in the first stage of census as well. 2.
