Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the DGP, Punjab (respondent No.2) to constitute a SIT headed by an IG level officers from outside District Amritsar to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.298 dated 17.09.2022 registered under Sections 379/506/148/149 of IPC at Police Station B-Division Amritsar along with FIR No.297 dated 17.09.2022, under Sections 448/427/511/506/148/149 of IPC, registered at Police Station B-Division Amritsar (both FIR’s being connected). Further, in FIR No.297 dated 17.09.2022 directions have already been issued by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2026 to constitute SIT in CRM-M-7560-2023 as the said FIR No.298 is also against presiding members of SGPC having politicial and religious influence in the State of Punjab, specifically Amritsar District and theref
