In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 21.03.2026 (Annexure P-7) vide which, the petitioner has been sought to be pre maturely retired from service upon attaining the age of 55 years on 11.06.2026. 2. Learned Senior counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P-8) before the competent authority being aggrieved against the show cause notice dated 21.03.2026 (Annexure P-7). 3.
