(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.36 dated 16.04.2025 under Sections 304, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-2). Status report filed by way of affidavit dated 30.11.2025 on behalf of respondent-State as well as the report received from the trial Court, are already available on file and the same are taken on record. After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. (VINOD S.
