DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 509 FAO-2188-2016 (O&M) HARJINDER KAUR AND ANR V/S SANDEEP KUMAR AND ORS Present: Mr. M.L. Saggar, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Armaan Saggar, Advocate & Mr. Sunny Saggar, Advocate for the appellants. Mr.D.K. Prajapati, Advocate for the Insurance company. Discussed. A statement made on behalf of the appellants that in full and final satisfaction of their claim, an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellants, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) favouring appellant No.2-Smt.Varinder Pal Kaur, for and on behalf of all the claimants, within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. On behalf of appellant No.2- Smt.Varinder Pal Kaur, it has also been stated that in case of any dispute regarding apportionment amongst the appellants, she shall satisfy claim
