Mr. A.P.S. Mann, Advocate for the respondent. Mr. Puninder Singh Brar, Assistant Manager PADB, Muktsar Sahib. 2 26 2K 2 2K The present revision petition has been filed against judgment dated 20.11.2018 passed by learned trial Court vide which the petitioner was convicted for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine in sum of Rs.1000/- in default of payment of fine further rigorous imprisonment for one month, and against which an appeal filed by the accused before the Additional Session Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib was dismissed vide judgment dated 04.11.2024. Now, the matter has been compromised. It has been stated by representative of respondent-bank that petitioner has compromised with the bank and bank has already received about Rs.4 Lakhs from petitioner and the remaining amount is being received in monthly instalments of Rs.13,500/-, which is being deducted from the salary
