DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 504 CWP-15460-2005 GURMUKH SINGH V/S STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS Present: None for the petitioner. Mr.Jasvir Singh, AAG, Haryana for respondents No.1 and 2. None for respondents No.3 to 5. Learned State counsel has filed true copy of the death certificate dated 12.11.2019, according to which, the petitioner is shown to have died on 27.10.2019. In the circumstances, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record. Liberty is however, granted to the LRs of the deceased-petitioner, if so advised to get it revived, by moving an appropriate application.
