The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.2, to the extent, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from CHC Lopoke, District Amritsar to the Mini PHC Balowal, PHC Chakkowal, District Hoshiarpur. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to cancel the abovesaid transfer order and to post the petitioner at his original place of posting or in alternative at a station nearby his home. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has also submitted representation dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) to the official respondents which is still pending consideration.
