The present appeal is preferred against judgment and decree dated 03.08.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ferozepur whereby the civil suit filed by the respondent was decreed and the appeal filed by the appellants against the same was dismissed, vide judgment and decree dated 12.02.2013 passed by learned Additional District Judge (ADJ-III), Ferozepur. 2.
