The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.07.2025 passed in CWP-20853- 2025. 2. Learned counsel for respondent-State contends that State has preferred LPA-2006-2025 against the judgment dated 24.07.2025 vide which CWP-20853-2025 was disposed of. 3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law after the decision of LPA-2006-2025. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
