In view thereof, let notice be issued to the petitioner and respondent No.3 through Civil Judge (Senior Division) concerned, returnable 21.05.2026.” 2. As per office report, the petitioner is stated to have died. The legal representatives of the petitioner have not come forward to be impleaded as party in the present case. Notice issued to respondent No.3 has been received back unserved with the report that he was not found residing at the given address.
