The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari/mandamus, for quashing the condition No.6 of the order dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) of regularization of service of the petitioner and directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner minimum salary i.e. Basic Pay+DA+Grade Pay in regular scale and arrears accordingly, from the date the petitioner completed 10 years service with the respondents-State as per order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Court and directions were issued to the respondents, vide letter dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2.
