Heard Learned counsel for the applicants, Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime no.115 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 115(2), 109 BNS, Police Station Thathiya, District Kannauj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. As many as eight persons have been nominated in the present case including the applicants.
