Heard Shri Radhey Shyam Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Ashish Kumar Tripathi, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.153 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 13(4) U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means), Act, registered at Police Station Knowledge Park, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
