The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 47 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115(2), 352 BNS, P.S.- Kailadevi, District- Sambhal. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case lodged by the informant with the allegation that on 15.03.2025, there was a cross fight between the accused-applicant and another co-accused with the informant's family.
