Court No. - 70 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, as well as Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 125 of 2025, under Sections 64, 115(2), 333, 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Devgaon, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the subject case. Learned counsel further submits that the involvement of the applicant in the present case is doubtful, as there no any other evidence against the applicant, who proved the case of the prosecution. It is submitted that as per the medical report of the victim, she has not sustained any injury and there is no any public witness of the
