Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 443 of 2024, under Section 384 IPC, Section 67A of I.T. Act, P.S.- Naugawan Sadat, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha), during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 27.07.2024 for the incident of 08.07.2024 lodged by the father of the victim wherein the allegation of rape and taking out the video, is alleged against other co- accused. The applicant is not named in the FIR. During investigation, it is found that one of the accused mentioned in FIR namely Deepak Kumar, was shown with the role that
