On 18.05.2026, the following order was passed:- “The instant petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prays for the issuance of a direction to the Court of Additional District Judge, Faridabad, where the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, case No.31 of 2018 (Annexure P-2) is pending, to dispose of the same expeditiously. Learned counsel refers to order dated 09.04.2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench in CR-522-2026, wherein, while taking note of a report dated 08.04.2026 submitted by the District and Sessions Judge, Faridabad, stating therein that the matter was listed on 21.04.2026 and the same would most likely be heard and decided on the said date, the revision petition was disposed of. Learned counsel submits that after 21.04.2026 also, three dates have gone by
