(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the notification dated 23.11.2021 (Annexure P-7) issued by the learned Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Haryana as well as order dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Collector by filing an appeal before the learned Divisional Commissioner concerned. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty
